Terms of Use

EnsureU is an exam preparation service run by Grayscalelabs AI Pvt Ltd, India (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to the EnsureU website and Android app. By creating an account or using EnsureU you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

• Give accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date
• Your account is for you alone. Do not share your sign-in or let others use your account
• You are responsible for what is done through your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it
• If you are under 18, use EnsureU only with the consent of a parent or guardian

What EnsureU provides

Mock tests, previous-year papers, quizzes, practice questions, study material, e-books, exam information and AI-assisted analysis and explanations. Some of this is free and some needs a paid plan. We add, change and sometimes withdraw content and features as the service develops.

EnsureU is a practice aid. We are not connected to any examination authority, and we do not promise any score, rank or selection. Our disclaimer is part of these terms.

Paid plans

• Each plan shows its price, what it contains and how long it lasts before you pay
• Payment is taken through Razorpay. A plan starts on the day payment succeeds
• A plan gives you access for its stated period. It does not renew by itself, and we do not charge you again unless you buy again
• While a plan is active you cannot buy the same plan again; you can buy it again after it ends
• When a plan ends, its tests and books are locked. Results and analysis of tests you finished stay available
• Prices and the contents of plans may change for future purchases; a plan you have already bought keeps its period

Refunds. If you were charged and did not receive access, or were charged twice, write to support@ensureu.com with your payment reference and we will put it right or refund you. Other refund requests are considered case by case. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel or refund a plan.

Our content

The questions, solutions, explanations, books, notes, designs and software on EnsureU belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Question papers issued by examination authorities remain theirs. You may use the content for your own exam preparation. You may not:

• Copy, download in bulk, record, screenshot for sharing, resell or republish it
• Share paid content with people who have not bought it
• Use automated tools to collect content or data from the service
• Remove or hide the name or mark shown on books and papers

What you post

You keep the rights to what you write in discussions, feedback and messages. By posting it you allow us to store and show it as part of the service. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that belongs to someone else. We may remove posts that break these terms.

Fair use

• Do not try to access accounts, data or features you are not entitled to
• Do not interfere with the service, overload it, or try to get around its limits or protections
• Do not use the AI features to produce harmful or unlawful material; they may be limited to a fair number of uses
• Do not use EnsureU to cheat in any examination

AI features

Analysis, explanations, study plans and discussion replies are generated by AI models. They are meant to help you study and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important points against your textbook or the official source.

Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using EnsureU at any time and delete your account from your profile; it is removed for good after 30 days (see the account deletion page). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing paid content or abusing the service. Where we can, we will tell you why.

Availability and our responsibility

We work to keep EnsureU available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. It may be interrupted for maintenance or by faults outside our control, and content may contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as a missed exam, a lost opportunity or loss of data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use EnsureU after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For any question or complaint, write to support@ensureu.com or use the contact page. We aim to reply within 7 working days.
